Specifications include, but are not limited to: Annual Preventive Maintenance Activities Include: 1. Check condition of belts and pulleys- Replace as needed 2. Clean condenser and evaporator coils 3. Check refrigerant charge and inspect for leaks-if charge is low 4. Clean and blowout drain lines and pans 5. Check electrical connections and inspect whips or wiring 6. Check operation of blower and fan 7. Lubricate bearings, motors and other moving parts 8. Check control boards and thermostats 9. Check for adequate airflow from blowers and fans 10. Inspect and clean ignition and burner assembly 11. Inspect heat exchanger 12. Check insulation on refrigerant lines. Replace if weathered or worn 13. Inspect Economizers and Low Ambient Kits. Adjust settings if needed. 14. Inspect ducts for debris and dirt. 15. Inspect chilled water lines and valves
