Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor shall plow and de-ice the parking lot and also clear and de-ice the sidewalks. Reimbursement will be determined by the following snow fall totals: under 2 inches, 2.1 inches to 6 inches, 6.1 inches to 10 inches, 10.1 inches to 14 inches, 14.1 inches to 20 inches, 20.1 inches to 24 inches, over 24 inches. Cindering will be done immediately after plowing. No salt is to be used in any area at this facility. In the event of an evening/night snowfall, parking lots will be clear by 7:00 AM EST. The walkway around the facility will also be cleared and de-iced with cinders. All walkways shall be cleared by 7:00 AM EST. Snow will be disposed of in accordance with all applicable state and local regulations, ordinances, and anti-pollution laws, including OSHA.
