The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of WV Division of Highways, District 10 to establish a contract for the following: Remove old security camera system and replace with new security camera systems that will be capable of providing indoor/outdoor video surveillance of the district 10 Headquarters complex at 270 Hardwood Lane, Princeton, West Virginia, 24740. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Components for New Security System: Network Video Recorder - 2.1 (16) Sixteen Channel 12 MP NDAA compliant Network Video Recorder with 40TB of storage, QTY (1); 2.2 (8) Eight Channel 12 NDAA Compliant Network Video Recorder with 40TB of Storage, QTY (3) Three; 2.3 Camera solution cannot be on any banned list by the State or Federal Government. 2.4 Shall include the programming of a Status IP address to provide to the Office of Technology. 2.5 Shall include (1) 50" TV Monitor and (1) 24" Video Monitor or better. Switches - 3.1 PoE switches should be installed in each of the (5) five buildings where the cameras are being installed. 3.2 Each switch shall have a minimum of (24) twenty-four ports. Cameras - 4.1 Shall be installed/replaced in locations pre-determined by WVDOH Buildings and Grounds supervisor. 4.2 Shall be vandal proof turret style 4K UHD IP or equal, QTY (28) twenty-eight; 4.3 Shall be 180-degee vandal proof 4K UHD IP or equal, QTY (6) six; 4.4 Shall be rated at 8Mp or better. 4.5 Cameras shall be PoE and backhaul video from the cameras to a separate network. 4.6 Cameras must be NDAA compliant and cannot be on any banned list by the State or Federal Government.
