WVARNG SERGEANT GLENN F LOUGH MEM BR EVALUATION, located in Kanawha County, West Virginia. This structure (BARS No. 20A842) carries Interstate 64 (I-64) and is located approximately 0.75 miles east of I-64, Exit 53. Constructed in 2010, the existing bridge has an overall length of approximately 2975.4 feet and an out-to-out width of 67.0 feet. The selected Consultant will be requested to inspect issues occurring at the end of bridge, perform a forensic structural evaluation and provide corrective actions. The Consultant should identify any expertise with segmental concrete bridges for evaluation by the short-list committee. If it is determined by the Department that further development will be necessary, the selected Consultant may also be asked to perform the contract plans and related documents portion of the project.
