4.1.1. Seven Hundred Forty (740) VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF-CLD-FND-2), or equal. Licenses must be covered by maintenance and support. 4.1.1.1. Agency owned License Numbers Current Contract #: 52721862 4.1.1.2. LICENSES MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH EXISTING VMWARE PRODUCTS ON EXISTING SERVERS. 4.1.2. One Hundred (100) VMware Live Recovery Protected VM (VCF-VLR-PVM), or equal. Licenses must be covered by maintenance and support. 4.1.2.1. Agency owned License Numbers Current Contract #: 52721862 4.1.2.2. LICENSES MUST BE COMPATIBLE WITH EXISTING VMWARE PRODUCTS ON EXISTING SERVERS. 4.1.3. Maintenance and support must be provided for 1-year with two optional 1-year renewals. 4.1.4. Current maintenance and support began on 11/14/2024 and expires on 11/13/2025. 4.1.5. Maintenance and Support under the initial term of this Contract will be for the period beginning on 11/14/2025 and ending on 11/13/2026. Each subsequent term, if any are authorized by the parties, will run consecutively to the prior term. 4.1.6. Reinstatement fees for lapsed support must be included in the first year of maintenance and support costs, if applicable. 4.1.7. Vendor must provide a copy of all applicable maintenance and support agreements prior to contract award for review and approval by the State of West Virginia. 4.1.8. If any vendor chooses to submit an alternative (“or equal”) item, they must provide documentation upon request of the product and confirm compatibility with the current environment.
