Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Vendor shall provide snow removal of a minimum of 2” accumulated snow. Snow shall be left on-site and moved to a designated area that will be determined by the Building and Grounds Supervisor or his designee. Vendor must be on site within one (2) hour from time of notification from Building and Grounds Supervisor or his designee. Vendor must provide an emergency telephone number and must be accessible via the emergency number 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, excluding State recognized holidays. See exhibit B for complete list of holidays. Vendor shall take necessary precautions to avoid property damage to vehicles, shrubbery, sidewalks, structures, or buildings adjacent to the areas where snow is being removed. Vendor shall also use necessary precautions to avoid damaging of property when treating areas with ice/snow melting formula.
