Isolate, recover refrigerant, disconnect and dispose of exisƟng condensing unit and evaporator. 1 lot. Remove exisƟng furnace, ductwork. Cap outside air duct. Remove condensate piping to exterior and fill opening with hydraulic cement. 1 lot. Remove refrigerant piping and vent piping. Patch roof openings. 1 lot. Frame out bar joist with angle, set rooŌop curb and flash. 1 lot. Crane service and labor to set rooŌop on curb. 1 lot. Install supply trunk, branch ducts to exisƟng lay-in grilles. 1 lot. Install return duct to single return lay-in grille, 24x24. 1 lot, Insulate supply ductwork.
