The bidder must have a current contractor’s license issued by the State of West Virginia. The license must apply to the work described in the Project Bid Manual. Clean and all debris obstructing installation of new roof Remove all old existing flashing from existing pipes or curbs Clean and prep for new flashing Cover entire surface area with Titanium UDL 30 Synthetic Underlayment Install half inch by two-inch 26-gauge custom fabricated hat channel 30 inches on center across existing R panel to create metal perlons to attach new standing seam panels. Hat channel to be attached using #10 self-tapping metal fastener. Install 21-inch custom fabricated standing seam panels to be fabricated on site and run continues from eve to peak. Panels are to be 26-gauge pre-painted Kaylar 500/Hylar 5000 Finish All new custom fabricated rake, drip and cap to be made of same gauge and type of metal. Install ridge cap with Z bar system along ridge of roof Secure all Z bar to the hat channel perlongs on each side of ridge. Install ridge cap along the peak of the roof. Install new plumbing pipes and vents. Clean around structure thoroughly. Haul away all debris.
