Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Services will be on an “As Needed” basis. Successful bidder must be able to respond within 24 hours from being called. 2. Services will consist of the pumping and disposal of materials from various containers, such as, oil/water separators, wastewater plants, septic holding tanks and wash bay drains/pits. 3. Contractor will be responsible for removing debris from the container and properly dispose of materials in accordance with all State, Local and Federal laws and/or guidelines. 4. Any “hazardous” material paperwork shall be complete and submitted to the proper governing authority and a copy sent to the Parkways Authority. 5. A copy of service ticket shall be left at each site at time of services and a copy shall be attached to invoice(s) when submitted for payment. 6. Each invoice shall be clearly marked with date and location of services performed. 7. Each invoice shall clearly list the type and amount of material collected and list a total amount due for services. 8. Each invoice shall include the designated Agency Purchase Order number for proper processing and payment.
