Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is seeking competitive proposals from qualified consultants to provide assistance with the preparation of a Preliminary Application for Privatization of Briscoe Field Airport under the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Airport Privatization Pilot Program, 49 U.S.C.§ 47134.It is the intent of Gwinnett County to submit a Preliminary Application to FAA in March, 2010. The Preliminary Application shall consist of the following elements, at a minimum: Sponsor Information, Objectives of the Proposed Privatization, Privatization Timetable, Airport Property Description, Airport Financial Statements, Distribution-ready copy of Request for Qualifications(from potential private operators).
