Mascaro Construction Company, LP invites qualified Bidders to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services for the following bid package for the Science Hall Laboratory Renovations at West Virginia University – Potomac State College: • General Trades; This project involves the renovation and reconfiguration of approximately 4,810 SF of space including Chemistry Lab 308 and Prep/Storage Room 309, Biology Lab 209 and Prep/Storage Room 210 as well as modifications to Offices 207 and 208. Scope includes selective interior demolition, floor demo and reinforcement for MEP systems, installation of new laboratory casework and equipment, electrical and gas service upgrades, installation of new rooftop unit and exhaust fans with associated piping and ductwork, new lighting and plumbing services, and abatement.
