The Contractor shall collect, package, weigh, manifest, and transport pesticide hazardous waste from collection sites identified by the WVDA in a manner conforming to the rules, regulations and procedures prescribed by DEP, EPA and DOT. 1. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, transportation, equipment, DEP, EPA, and DOT approved labels and warning signs, packing materials, and other supplies required for adequate protection of the hazardous materials and hazardous waste during the packing, transporting, and eventual disposal of such hazardous waste. 2. A summary of the types of Programs are located in Appendix A. This is provided for information purposes as the types of services expected during the duration of the contract. The total amount of this contract shall not exceed $25,000.
