4.1 Vendor must clean and prepare the surface for asphalt and paving, including but not limited to, cutting, removing and disposing of existing paving, grading and prepping. Approximately 6527 square yards. 4.2 Vendor must mill tie-ins as needed. Patch and level prior to overlay. 4.3 Vendor is responsible for all clean up and disposal of construction debris. Vendors must provide their own method of disposal of construction debris. 4.4 Vendor must pave approximately 6527 square yards with 2 (two) inches wearing asphalt to exact pre-existing conditions. 4.5 Vendor must roll asphalt for compaction. 4.4 Vendor must repaint existing vehicle parking markers unless specific changes are requested by West Virginia Veterans Home.
