The Printer shall print, bind, package and deliver to the House a total of 10 sets of the 2025 Acts of the Legislature of West Virginia (“2025 Acts”). 5.2. The House intends to provide the Printer the content to print the 2025 Acts. 5.3. The 2025 Acts will be printed on paper that is equal to that of the most recently available set of volumes entitled “Acts of the Legislature of West Virginia” (“Acts”), which is incorporated into this RFQ by reference, and copies of which are on file in the office of the Clerk of the House of Delegates. The sizes and faces used in the various parts of the book shall be the same as those used in the most recently available set of the Acts. With the written approval of the Clerk, paper of a weight and finish different from those used in the most recently available set of the Acts may be used by the Printer. 5.4. The cloth binding used for the 2025 Acts will be equal to or better in quality, construction and design and, at the direction of the Clerk, will be the same in color and appearance as those used for the most recently available set of the Acts and will bear the same inscription and design format on the outside of the book, except for necessary changes in dates and names. 5.5. The sewing and binding shall be equal to that of the most recently available set of the Acts. 5.6. The board to be used shall be best binder’s board not lighter than No. 30 for books of 500 pages or less and No. 20 for larger volumes. 5.7.
