Specifications include, but are not limited to: Three (3) – Annual Preventative Maintenance Must change motor oil. Must change oil filter(s). Must change fuel filter(s). Must take an oil analysis. Must check all fluid level, top off if necessary. Must verify indicators and control panel readings. Must check starting and timing relays, start signal continuity, and utility phase sending. 4.1.1.8 Must make a visual inspection of the belts, hoses, battery and cleaning of connections, replace any worn or broken. 4.1.1.9 Must perform timely removal of worn out parts. 4.1.1.10 Must be completed within 45 calendar days from the date of receiving the awarded contract. Three (3) – Annual 4 Hour Load Bank Testing Vendor must complete four (4) hour LBT (Load Bank Test) per the NFPA 110 Standards for Emergency and Standby Power Systems. Must meet OHFLAC (Office of Health Facility Licensure & Certification) standard guidelines. Must meet JCAHO (Joint Commission of Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations) standard guidelines. Must be completed from cold start environment. Must complete load bank testing as follows: 4.1.2.5.1 30% of the EPS nameplate kw rating for two (2) continuous hours. 4.1.2.5.2 50% of the EPS nameplate kw rating for one (1) continuous hour.
