The Contractor shall perform all operations necessary for: clearing and grubbing at the around existing sludge cell, ponds, and channels on the site. Chipping and spreading the cleared and grubbed material on site and removing all other debris, trash, and garbage; construction of a grouted riprap ditch; 0-0 (4) add a pH control system with pumps to control the caustic feed; Demolition of the existing silo and add a metal roof over the treatment building and paint the building; Install power to site; Clean out and reshape existing sludge cell, install a geosynthetic clay liner and key in; Install manhole for the pH probe; Clean out treatment pond; Install berm in first third of the treatment pond with overflow; Add perforated pipe and new road along the treatment pond Construct new discharge outlet; construction and installation of new fence and gates; maintenance of existing access road to site; erosion and sediment control with best management practices to include silt fence, rock check dams, sumps, and rocked culvert outlet protection; revegetation of disturbed areas to also include erosion control matting in select areas. The Contractor shall also be responsible for surveying, including establishing construction baseline, measuring, and developing all completed quantities on the job, and for ordering, purchase and delivery of all materials required for construction or required for development of support areas. The Contractor shall perform all other operations as incidental to the program as specified herein
