The selected vendor shall provide Microsoft Office 365 Government (GCC) licenses, including G1, G3, and Exchange Online Plan 1 user licenses as described below. Licenses must be provisioned under the County’s Microsoft 365 tenant within the GCC environment and include access to Microsoft’s hosted Exchange Online email service, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other included applications. The vendor shall: 1. Supply Office 365 G1, G3, and Exchange Online Plan 1 (GCC) licenses in the quantities specified. 2. Provide options for 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year subscription terms. 3. Ensure that all licenses are eligible for assignment under the County’s Microsoft Enterprise Agreement or CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) program. 4. Provide technical assistance and account management as required for license activation, assignment, and renewal. License Descriptions • Exchange Online Plan 1 (GCC) – Provides cloud-hosted email via Exchange Online. – Includes a 50 GB mailbox per user and Exchange Online Protection. – Accessible via Outlook web app and Outlook desktop/mobile clients. – Ideal for users who require only email and calendar functionality. • Microsoft 365 G1 (GCC) – Web-based access to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and OneDrive. – Includes 1 TB of OneDrive cloud storage per user. – Does not include locally installed desktop applications. – Ideal for staff who primarily use online tools and email. • Microsoft 365 G3 (GCC) – Includes all G1 features plus desktop versions of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). – Advanced security, compliance, and data protection features. – Ideal for staff requiring full desktop functionality and advanced tools.
