1. PURPOSE: The Marshall University Office Purchasing (“Office of Purchasing”) on behalf of the Marshall University Board of Governors, is soliciting Expression of Interest (“EOI” or “Bids”) for Planning and Construction, (“Department”), from qualified firms to provide Full Service Design, Architectural/ Engineering services, and Construction (“Vendors”), at Marshall University campuses, as defined herein. 2. PROJECT: The purpose of the project for which Expression(s) of Interest are being solicited is to provide necessary engineering, architectural, design, delivery, construction, and other related professional services. The design scope will be inclusive of but not limited to renovations and upgrades to Corbly Hall to install dietetics/clinical lab space. Improvements to the 2nd floor will be the priority. Improvements, revisions, and upgrades of existing building elements such as HVAC, fire suppression, cooking vent hoods, and office space. Upgrades to existing power and lighting systems shall also be considered as part of this project with plumbing requirements. The existing HVAC system shall be addressed, as necessary. Improvements to other spaces and systems may be included as part of this project, budget allowing. Corbly Hall, located on the Marshall University Campus in Downtown Huntington, WV (“Project”).
