Electronic Speciality Company; Proposed Scope of Work: • Electronic Specialty Company shall furnish and install Lenel OnGuard access control system hardware to replace the failing end-of-life equipment. • This work will be performed during normal business hours per schedule approved in advance by Owner. • Work will be performed in phases as follows. 1. ESCOM will furnish and install two (2) new access control enclosures with power supplies, two (2) access controller boards, and four (4) RS-485 expansion module boards to replace the failing head-end equipment. 2. ESCOM will install twenty (22) reader modules to replace the failing reader junction boxes at each entry and integrate with the existing electrified door hardware and cable. 3. ESCOM will install twenty-one (21) new proximity readers to replace the failing F2F readers and configure one recently replaced reader to integrate with the new Lenel hardware and software. 4. ESCOM shall integrate new hardware with the existing Lenel OnGuard access control system.
