The Vendor shall provide all parts, materials, and labor necessary to repair Hydraulic Components as required by the Agency. 3.1.1.1 Repairs to Hydraulic components shall include disassembly, testing to identify needed repairs, modification and machining of parts, re-chroming, reassembly and testing to ensure proper performance. 3.1.2 Vendors must restore Hydraulic Components to manufacturer's recommended operating specifications prior to returning the components to the agency. 3.1.2.1 Vendor must provide the Agency with a written estimate of the cost of repairs. 3.1.2.2 Agency will provide the Vendor with written authorization for all repairs. 3.1.2.3 Vendor must notify the Agency in writing if it is determined that a repair is not possible. 3.1.3 The Vendor Shall test all Hydraulic Components prior to delivery to ensure that all repairs have been properly made and the Hydraulic Components are in proper working order. 3.1.4 This contract shall only be utilized to repair existing Hydraulic Components owned by the Agency and shall not be utilized to create new Hydraulic Components. 3.1.5 All labor performed under this contract must be completed under the direct supervision of a Qualified Hydraulic Repair Technician.
