The Respondent shall provide all labor needed to complete the project, supervision of crew members, equipment needed to complete the job, tools and specialty tools and materials to complete the entire project. The structures and all debris/materials must be completely removed from the property at a time mutually agreed upon by both parties. The land must be graded and reasonably level, in accordance with the natural lay of the property and surrounding areas. An inspection of the house was conducted to identify and quantify any asbestos containing materials. No reportable amounts of regulated asbestos containing materials were identified. Asbestos identification reports are available upon request. Bidder assumes all risk and is responsible for all required permitting. Bidder is required to know and follow all applicable laws in regard to demolition, removal, disposal, and recycling of all materials. Inspection of structure by appointment.
