The WV Veterans Nursing Facility located at One Freedom Way, Clarksburg, WV 26301 is soliciting bids for a 36 month, 48 month or 60 month lease contract for a Healthcare Training and Education Software Platform per the attached terms, conditions and specifications 3. Mandatory Contract Requirements: Contract Item must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements listed below. 3.1 One (1) Healthcare Training and Education Software Platform subscription equal to or greater than the Management Platform offered by Relias, LLC. 3.2 Software must have at least a (36) month Subscription, but no longer than sixty (60) months. 3.3 Software must have an easy-to-read menu interface that allows selection of content items. 3.4 Software must have the following training modules, at a minimum: 3.4.1 Advanced Dementia/ Memory Care. Skilled Nursing. Skin Health and Wound Care Essentials. Course Creator, (Ability to upload custom content/custom training in a variety of formats). Custom Content, (Ability to upload custom content/custom training in a variety of formats). The Problems and Needs of the Aged Ill and Disabled. Preventing and Controlling Infections, including PPE, Donning and Doffing, Handwashing. 3.4.8 Accident and Fall Prevention. 3.4.9 HIPPA and Compliance. 3.4.10 Resident rights, abuse and neglect, misappropriation of resident property, and reporting procedures. 3.4.11 HSW/CNA and NURSE Documentation to include the electronic medical record. 3.4.12 Medication Administration and avoidance of errors. 3.4.13 Facility Specific Policies that require signatures. 3.4.14 Facility In-service/meetings for staff. 3.4.15 Competencies, skills checklist, advanced clinical skills, assessment for staff. 3.4.16 Competency Annual Evaluations. 3.4.17 Compliance/Policy pro tool to upload facility signatures.
