Vendor shall provide Agency with HVAC Maintenance on an open-end and continuing basis as outlined in this Contract. 3.1.1 Facility HVAC Equipment covered by this Contract is as follows: Model Serial Number 48TCED09 (8T) 3719P40770 48TCED21 (17.5T) 3719P24157 48TCED29 (25T) 3719P24189 48FCEM07 (6T) 3719C80468 20T Split System: Make Model Serial Number Carrier 40RU/38AUZ (25T) 3919U05313 Nortek (Reznor) EEDU-350 (Duct Furnace) BSI13062065612 Carrier Condenser 4019P42760 3.1.2 Repair coverage will be limited to the main control modules, unit controllers, control software, and programming. Coverage is not required for any wiring, valve bodies, or work station computers. 3.1.3 Repair coverage is not required to be extended to non-maintainable items and does not include equipment replacement due to total failure or upgrade because of obsolescence. Repair coverage is not included for connected systems not listed in covered equipment. (i.e. Ductwork, piping, electrical, etc.). 3.1.4 Vendor shall provide HVAC Maintenance in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations and specifications, as well as industry best practices. 3.1.5 Vendor shall furnish and install parts as necessary to keep the HVAC system in proper working order. 3.1.6 Vendor shall furnish all equipment, tools, and parts necessary for the performance of the HVAC Maintenance. Equipment and tools will be provided at no cost to the Agency. 3.1.7 Vendor shall provide expendable materials used in the scope of performing this Contract at no cost to the Agency. Such items may include, but are not limited to, grease, cleaning supplies, coil cleaner, rags, etc. This shall also include preventative maintenance parts such as filters and belts.
