Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Open-end Repair Service:The Vendor shall provide open-end repair services on an on call basis. On site response time for service calls placed shall be guaranteed within 24 hours of telephone notification or as scheduled by the County. The deadline to respond on-site may only be waived or extended by written approval of the County. For Open-end Repair Services beyond the scope of the bid contract, the Vendor shall bill for the actual time on site to repair the custodial equipment at the provided labor costs as defined in within the pricing pages. The County shall define each scope of work to be performed under this Contract.Prior to beginning any work, the Vendor will be required to provide a cost estimate detailing the intended scope of work itemized by labor costs (time) and parts costs bid for this Contract. All services shall be billed to the County at a single hourly rate as agreed upon herein regardless of the date and time such services are performed.2.Parts:The Vendor shall install all parts, components, and materials to keep equipment operating in accordance with manufacturers’ specifications. The Vendor shall provide all tools, and accessories, personal safety equipment, and supplies necessary to execute the responsibilities of this contract at no cost to the County. Non-reusable parts, components, and materials used in the scope of performing under this Contract shall be supplied by the Vendor at no cost to the County. Such items shall include grease, or cleaning supplies and rags. 2.1 Vendor will be responsible for disposal of all items in accords with all applicable EPA(Environmental Protection County) standards.
