Wood County School District, hereafter referred to as Applicant, is requesting proposals for the delivery of transport-only Wide Area Network (WAN) services to the school district. The Applicant receives their Internet Access via the WV Statewide K-12 network. The district’s WAN must terminate at the Network Operations Center (NOC), located at the Management Information Systems (MIS) building at 600 Beverly Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101. The new service shall commence on July 1, 2026 and will continue until June 30, 2027 (12-months) (“Initial Agreement Period”), with an option of two (2) one (1) year renewals from July 1 to June 30 (each period hereinafter referred to as “Subsequent Agreement Period”), for a total duration of not more than 36 months, subject to modifications as provided in the Agreement Documents. In the event that special construction is required, commencement of services shall not occur prior to January 1, 2026, and no service commencement date earlier than July 1, 2026, shall be effective unless expressly authorized in writing by the Applicant.
