a. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary to clean and televise the floodwall pipes located in the zone of influence near the pump stations (see attached maps) per the Army Corps guidance for CCTV and Sonar inspection attached to this document. b. The cleaning of the pipes will require a heavy cleaning and will only be necessary in the zone of influence limits. c. The contractor may have to install plugs in the system to help dewater during cleaning and televising. d. The contractor can discard the debris at a designated location at 2507 Camden Avenue (City Service Center) e. It will be critical that the contractor monitor the river level prior to beginning cleaning and televising unless plugs are to be used.
