Specifications include, but are not limited to: West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors (“BOG”) located in Morgantown, West Virginia (“WVU” or “University”) is initiating this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to solicit proposals from qualified, experienced, and licensed, Design professionals regarding Architecture and Structural Engineering Design Services for the replacement of the Engineering Sciences Building (ESB) pedestrian bridge located on the Evansdale campus. • Provide ADA access from the main sidewalk to the front entrance. • Improve the appearance of the bridge and coordinate the appearance with the ESB, providing a pleasing aesthetics that is also capable of achieving adequate structural capabilities. • Be maintainable and address maintenance issues related to, stormwater, snow removal, and deicing.
