Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Charging Types and plugs/ports a. One Level 2 station with J1772 (“J-plug”) and/or other ports commonly used and adequately available in the United States. b. Two DCFC stations with combined charging system (“CCS”), CHAdeMo, and/or other ports commonly used and available in the United States. 2. Parking Areas a. Parking areas are listed as either short term or permitted. i. Short term lots are paid for on an hourly basis. ii. Permitted lots will have spaces listed on the University website, marked with clear signage stating the intended purpose and use of the spaces, and advertised as open to all. iii. See Attachment 1 to this Exhibit A for possible station locations. 3. Responsibilities a. WVU desires a system that will allow virtual monitoring and diagnostics of EV charging usage and reporting functionality as well as payment and occupancy. i. Clearly describe how this data is stored and shared with the University and what benefits the method provides to WVU. b. WVU will participate in the management of the parking spaces, implementing violation codes for non-electric vehicles parked in the charging spaces, as well as vehicles parked in spaces longer than reasonably necessary to charge electric vehicles. c. Unless otherwise directed, WVU will conduct site preparation. site preparation for each station but desires the Proposer to install the stations; manage the Point-ofSale (“PoS”) operations to customers; and perform ongoing operations, maintenance, upgrades and promotion, as directed by WVU.
