A. Cameras The system must support a minimum of 106 IP cameras, including: • 62 Exterior Cameras o 10 – Corner cameras 270 degree view at 100ft o 24 – Surface mounted cameras (exterior building walls) 180 degree view at 100ft 23 – Pole mounted cameras 180 degree view at 100ft • 49 Interior Cameras o 46 – Hemispherical Cameras 360 degree view at 100ft 15 drop ceiling mounts 31 pendant mounts o 3 – Fixed cameras 180 degree view at 100ft All cameras must meet or exceed the following specifications: • Minimum 1080p resolution (higher preferred) • Infrared (IR) night vision or low-light capability • Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) • Motion and tamper detection • Weatherproofing: Exterior cameras must be rated IP66 or higher • Vandal Resistance: IK10 for high-traffic or exposed locations • Power: All cameras must be PoE or PoE+ powered — no separate power sources • The system must be designed to support at least 106 operational cameras, with the ability to expand as needed B. Camera Types A variety of camera types are required for comprehensive coverage: • Hemispheric (fisheye) for 360° viewing in large open areas (e.g., lobbies, intersections, parking zones) • Exterior corner cameras to monitor two adjoining sides of buildings and reduce blind spots • Standard fixed or varifocal cameras for entrances, exits, corridors, and perimeter zones • All camera placements must be matched to function and environment C. Mounting Options • Interior Cameras: o Flush or in-ceiling mounting preferred o Tamper-resistant, low-profile enclosures o Cables must be hidden or routed cleanly through ceiling/wall • Exterior Cameras: o Wall and pole-mount options with sealed brackets o Mounts must be weatherproof and tamper-resistant • General Requirements: o Vendor must verify all mount points for structural suitability and surface compatibility o Include all required hardware (brackets, clamps, anchors, conduit, seals) D. Video Management System (VMS) • Support for ONVIF-compliant and multi-vendor IP cameras • On-premise server- or appliance-based deployment • Role-based user access controls • Secure remote viewing (desktop & mobile, encrypted) • Motion detection and continuous recording options • Searchable video archive (by camera, date, motion event) • Exporting tools with watermark and password protection • Central dashboard for health, storage, and alerts • Must be scalable for additional cameras and users E. Storage • Minimum 30-day video retention for exterior cameras and 60 days for interior cameras at full resolution • RAID-based storage for redundancy • Must be expandable as camera count or retention grows • On-premise storage required; NAS or server-based acceptable
