A. Service Provider shall provide collection containers and twice a month pick-up service at the WVU Morgantown campus at these designated locations: • Health Science Center • Engineering Science Building • One Waterfront Place • Mountainlair • Bennett Tower • Storage & Surplus Center Specific location of the containers at each of the above buildings will be agreed upon by the parties upon execution of the Agreement. As pick-up needs arise from non-routine locations, the Service Provider shall be responsible for incorporating these pick-ups into the established route upon notification from WVU. B. Service Provider shall provide collection containers on an as-needed pick-up basis to the following campuses within ten (10) days advance written notice: • WVU Institute of Technology • WVU Potomac State College • WVU HSC Eastern Division • WVU HSC Charleston Division • WVU Jackson’s Mill Conference Center C. Non-routine electronic recycling pickups on the Morgantown campus that cannot be completed due to volume exceeding truck load limit, shall be completed within seventytwo (72) hours of scheduled date.
