The scope of services shall include, but not be limited to the following: This RLI request is for a consultant familiar with the delivery of parks and recreation services inclusive of operations, maintenance, environmental preservation, and extension education. The consultant must be familiar with the delivery of public parks and recreation services and must be able to provide a comprehensive analysis of the Parks and Recreation Division (the Division) that includes, but is not limited to: Analysis and response to internal audit(s), research, benchmarking, data collection, analysis, and assessment of findings related to the Parks and Recreation Division’s operational processes, methods, productivity, service delivery, and unit cost comparability.
