This RLI request is for a consultant familiar with the delivery of public library services inclusiveof operations, staffing patterns, hours of operation, collection size and use, services, andstandards. The consultant must be familiar with the delivery of public library services and mustbe able to provide a comprehensive analysis of the Libraries Division, but not be limited to. Analysis and response to internal audit(s), research, benchmarking, data collection,analysis, and assessment of findings related to the Libraries Division's operationalprocesses, methods, productivity, service delivery, and unit cost comparability. Review and assess the operational processes for each major section of the Divisionincluding: Libraries Information Technology, E-Services, Delivery, Employee Development,Public Services, Collection Development, Contractual Partnerships, and Grants
