Vendor shall provide food service operations to the Agency in a responsible, yet a costeffective manner, by implementing innovative methods and solutions. Please describe Vendors’ innovative methods and solutions regarding the services being requested in this RFP. 2.2.4. Vendor shall provide appetizing and nutritional food to the inmate and resident population. 2.2.5. Vendor shall provide a nutritious menu, meeting all special dietary needs to include medically approved diets and religious diets for the inmate population. 2.2.6. Vendor shall provide a menu for the juvenile population and the Anthony Correctional Center (currently housed at Denmar Correctional Center & Jail), that meets child nutrition requirements. Said menu must be approved by the Department of Education, Child Nutrition (https://wvde.us/child-nutrition). Anthony Correctional Center is expected to open in the Fall of 2025.
