This project includes Boxville Overpass NB (BARS No. 19A019) & SB (BARS No. 19A024), which carries United States Route (US) 340 NB & SB over Flowing Spring Run and CSX Railroad and is located 0.11 mile south of West Virginia Route (WV) 230. Each bridge is approximately 230 feet in length and has a deck width of approximately 42 feet. This project shall consist of the preparation of contract plans and related documents for the construction of a new superstructure on each bridge with substructure rehabilitation. As part of the Preliminary Field Review Submission, the Consultant shall determine the most suitable means to maintain traffic. The professional services for bridge superstructure replacements shall include the design of construction plans, surveying, and traffic engineering services. A Design Study will not be a part of these services.
