Provide a complete design including all engineering and architectural disciplines to prepare construction bid documents for West Virginia State Purchasing. Key design elements include utilizing energy efficient, economically, and maintenance friendly equipment. 1.1. Designer shall be responsible to researching and investigation the location of existing utilities, and to provide drawings and specifications of any all and all aspects of project as needed and directed by the owner and/or state agency, utility company, or other approval authority for Camp Dawson. 2.2. Drawings and specifications are to be submitted at 35%, 65%, 95% and 100%, cost estimates are to be revised and submitted with each submittal at 35%, 65%, 95% and 100%. 2.3. Provide construction bid services and administrative services to the Owner.
