Project consists of the removal of the existing 250kw generator & ATS, then installing new 200kw natural gas generator with a 1200 AMP automatic transfer switch, supplied by contractor. Setup, testing, and training on generator by contractor. Contractor to provide all labor and material for installation. Installation notes are as follows: 1. Installation a. Remove existing 250kw natural gas generator and ATS. b. Provide and install 200kw natural gas-powered generator with 1200 AMP automatic transfer switch. c. Generator & ATS must meet or exceed attached specifications. d. Provide Level 3 Sound Attenuated Enclosure (Steel only) as part of the 200kw generator purchase. e. Install on existing concrete pad outside of Mechanical Room. (Modify existing pad to meet requirements for generator.) f. Provide connection from existing gas line to Generator. g. Provide conduits and wiring needed to connect ATS to generator and to building MDP h. Field verify all measurements for conduits and gas line. i. Seal all penetrations per code. j. Install new ATS on exterior of building at location of existing ATS. k. Connect ATS to MDP, and to generator. l. Provide testing to confirm proper operation of generator and ATS. m. Repair all disturbed areas. n. Clean up all debris daily. o. Dispose of excess materials offsite. p. Provide an extended 5 year parts and labor warranty on generator and ATS.
