Fill (cohesive and random) to raise the dam crests, fill the existing emergency spillway at Dam #1, construct the downstream embankments at a 2.5:1 (H:V) slope, and place soil cover. 10. Extending the existing slip lined principal spillway pipes, demolition of existing wingwalls, and construction of new wingwalls at both Dams #1 and #2. 11. Placement of riprap at the principal spillway outlets. 12. Construction of a filter drain between the existing and new downstream dam embankments at both Dams #1 and #2. 13. Construction of concrete cut off walls in the new (Dam #1) and widened (Dam #2) emergency spillways. 14. Placement of Flexamat on the emergency spillway berms and at the downstream toe of Dam #1. 15. Construction of Fisherman’s Trail Type 1 and Type 3 on the upstream slope of Dams #1 and #2, respectively. 16. Concrete stop blocks (complete). 17. Construction of Fisherman’s Trails Type 2 around the reservoir perimeter. 18. Construction of Access Trails. 19. Access road construction. 20. Spread Topsoil, Seeding, and Mulching.
