Contract Item 1: Barber Services 4.1.1.1 The barber service will be rendered inside the Correctional Facility. 4.1.1.2 Vendor must provide own tools & supplies. 4.1.1.3 Vendor must cut hair for male/female inmates. 4.1.1.4 Facility estimates approximately 350 haircuts per month. 4.1.1.5 Facility does not allow scissors in the facility. Vendor must use clippers/trimmers only. 4.1.1.6 Vendor must provide barbers services at least one (1) day per week during normal business hours. Vendor must coordinate this schedule with the superintendent or their designee. 4.1.1.7 If Vendor needs to change the day, said change must be approved by the superintendent/designee of said facility. 4.1.1.8 Vendor must be able to pass a background check. 4.1.1.9 Vendor shall not trim any facial hair, including beards and mustaches. 4.1.1.10 Vendor shall not sub-contract the barber services. 4.1.1.11 Inmates are allowed one (1) haircut every 30 days. 4.1.1.12 Prior to contract award, Vendor must be a registered vendor with the State of WV and in good standing with the Secretary of State's Office. 4.1.1.13 Vendor must invoice for payment on a monthly basis. 4.1.1.14 Vendor must be located within 60 miles of the Correctional Facility.
