4.1.1. Two (2) Licenses must be covered by maintenance and support. 4.1.1.1. Agency owned License Numbers License #011901009372 License #011901009398 4.1.2. Maintenance and support must be provided for one (1) year. 4.1.2.1. PAN-PA-850-GP-HA2-R – (Quantity 2) 4.1.2.2. PAN-PA-850-TP-HA2-R – (Quantity 2) 4.1.2.3. PAN-SVC-PREM-850-R – (Quantity 2) 4.1.3. Current maintenance and support began on August 26, 2024, and expires/expired on August 25, 2025. 4.1.4. Support must be available twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week with no more than a four (4) hour response time and include software updates. 4.1.5. Maintenance and Support under the initial term of this Contract will be for the period beginning on August 26, 2025, and ending on August 26, 2026. Each subsequent term, if any are authorized by the parties, will run consecutively to the prior term. 4.1.5.1. Automatic renewal of this contract is prohibited; renewals must be approved by the vendor and agency. 4.1.6. Reinstatement fees for lapsed support must be included in the first year of maintenance and support costs, if applicable. 4.1.7. Vendor must provide a copy of all applicable maintenance and support agreements prior to contract award for review and approval by the State of West Virginia.
