The project will consist of, but not be limited to, a Design Study and NEPA services. The Consultant shall perform all related environmental surveys and documentation required to complete the NEPA and obtain environmental clearance. Natural and Cultural Resource services, Coast Guard coordination, stakeholder meetings, public outreach, and other project specific tasks will be necessary. The professional services include related documents, survey, main span river pier/foundation inspections, geotechnical services, and traffic engineering services with development of the appropriate Traffic Management Plan. The WVDOH will determine the next step for final development upon completion of the tasks listed above. This will be conducted under a separate project number and Agreement.
