Specifications include, but are not limited to: FURNISH AND DELIVER:Armored Car Services for the Transportation of SealedShipments containing monies and checks for the period ofJuly 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010. To provide security service for the transportation of sealed shipments containing monies and checks from theOptometric Center at 3940 Lindell, East St. Louis Eye Center in East St. Louis, Illinois, University Eye Center atthe University of Missouri-St. Louis, and the Harvester Eye Center, 11 Charlestown Plaza, St. Charles,Missouri, to a local banking facility (as specified) for the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010.The foregoing shall be performed according to the following schedule during regular business hours, except thatif a designated day or date falls on a Sunday or a bank holiday or, in the event of some other irregularitynecessitating a change of schedule, performance shall be as mutually agreed upon.It is understood that employees of the supplier of service will be bonded, and sealed shipments will be insuredfrom time of pick-up at the University until delivery. Certification of bonding and insurance to be furnishedwith the bid.In the event any provisions of contract are violated by the Contractor, the University may terminate the contractby serving seven (7) days written notice
