• Perform an on-site walkthrough of the former Mercer Nursing Home. Form a Building Committee and conduct a comprehensive site tour. Evaluate structural conditions, site access, and define deficiencies with the design and engineering teams. Evaluation will include documentation of current conditions, identifying modifications required, and assessment of the space for support of future space use. • Site Survey – Conduct a boundary and topographical survey with base mapping to include critical infrastructure locations and redevelopment constraints. • Engineering Evaluation – Complete an engineering evaluation of all critical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and structural systems) for reuse potential and code compliance. Identify necessary upgrades to meet required occupancy standards. • Progress reporting to support required grant documentation will be required.
