The Acquisitions and Contract Administration Section of the Purchasing Divisionis soliciting Expression(s) of Interest) for Division of Natural Resources from qualified firms to provide engineering services to evaluate, design, specify, and provide Construction Drawings for bidding purposes and contract administration services for a new Shooting Range at Sleepy Creek WMA. Project and Goals: The project goals and objectives are listed below. Vendors should discuss any anticipated concepts and proposed methods of approach for achieving each of the listed goals and objectives: 2.1. Goal/Objective 1: Review existing site and conditions and evaluate while communicating effectively with the owner to determine a plan that can be implemented in a manner that will minimize disruption to concurrent operation of the facility and meet all objectives. 2.2. Goal/Objective 2: As a portion of this process outlined in Objective 1, provide all necessary services to design the facilities described in this EOI in a manner that is consistent with The Division of Natural Resources needs, objectives, current law, and current code; while following the plan to design and execute the project within the project budget. 2.3. Goal/Objective 3: Provide Construction Contract Administration Services with competent professionals that ensure the project is constructed and functions as designed.
