1.1. Contractor must provide all materials and labor to rebuild the steam trap. 1.1.1 Must include new Thermoflow Tstat kit. 1.1.2 Vendor must provide and install new Thermoflow Pin and Seat Kit 1.1.3 Vendor must provide and install new Thermoflow Cover Plate Kit. 1.1.4 Vendor must provide and install any additional parts needed to rebuild the steam trap. PERFORMANCE: Vendor and Agency shall agree upon a schedule for performance of Contract Services and Contract Services Deliverables, unless such a schedule is already included herein by Agency. In the event that this Contract is designated as an open-end contract, Vendor shall perform in accordance with the release orders that may be issued against this Contract. 1.2. The Vendor shall provide the Agency Project Manager with an overall project schedule within seventy-two (72) hours of Award of the Contract. The proposed project schedule shall indicate areas to be worked. Where coordination or disruption of adjacent workspaces or occupants may be required, provide at least one week’s advance notice prior to conducting work in those areas. Vendor shall adhere to the schedule provided and coordinate through the Agency Project Manager. 1.3. Work shall be conducted as a single project. The work schedule shall be reviewed and approved by the Agency Project Manager prior to commencement of work. The Vendor shall coordinate the schedule around the Agency’s work requirements
