Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Sundome Improvements project consists of: Patch and paint existing walls; Seal portion of existing of concrete slab; Accessibility improvements in restrooms including toilet partitions, toilet accessories, plumbing fixtures, plywood and FRP panels, patch and repair tile and CMU walls; Replace awning fabric; Relocate doors and frames, patch and reframe walls; Remove existing door hardware and replace with new, patch and paint doors; Relocate existing wall-mounted plumbing fixtures; Remove and replace existing HVAC rooftop units; Replace components of refrigeration and gas heating capacity control systems within existing air handler units; Remove and replace existing lighting fixtures
