Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Category 1: Real Estate Appraisal Services Selected consultants shall be able to produce appraisals and studies for the Real Estate, Environmental Planning and Land Use Unit of the Transit Division. The appraisal services must conform to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and the Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisition; Other real estate services are separate from appraisal services and involve activities such as market research and feasibility studies, assistance in negotiations, relocation, strategic advising and other functions with respect to property acquisition, sale, development and/or leasing activities. The Consultant must have staff available to commence work on any assignment within ten (10) working days of a request by the County.
