Specifications include, but are not limited to: The CONTRACTOR will review technology options and provide recommendations to AGENCY for a hosting platform, content management system, and other possible software/services such as calendaring, as well as site search, content marketing (imbedded social media and video, SEO) and site commerce with any required tools. The CONTRACTOR will develop recommendations for content changes/additions and organization, navigation, and a proposed overall design concept for the website. Upon approval by the AGENCY, CONTRACTOR will complete the design of the site including design elements, wireframes, page prototypes and templates, refining through AGENCY feedback. The CONTRACTOR will create the new website, installing technology, building pages, migrating content, testing, setting up Google Analytics and benchmarking, and publishing the site. CONTRACTOR will also provide guidance and training to select staff sufficient for them to accomplish adding/updating pages and content.
