Does your organization have experience with WCAG 2.1 Level AA (or higher) compliance? If so, for how long have you worked with that standard? How does your organization’s tool or services help an organization of similar size and scope to WSU achieve compliance with state and federal regulations? Does your organization offer tools and services in the following areas? Specifically: Website accessibility scanning and any limitations on content management systems (WordPress, Umbraco, and Drupal), and Learning management systems (Canvas and Blackboard). Document accessibility scanning tools and any limitations on file type. Reports on accessibility errors and issues. Errors and issues resolutions. Document remediation including digitally distributed documents, academic materials including textbooks, and any others available. Review of internal and external communication via HTML email messages, i.e. internally designed and delivered via listserv, or using outside services such as MailChimp, Constant Contact, Hubspot, etc. Provide recommendations for best practices to ensure accessibility. Audio and visual (including video) remediation. Testing with other assistive technology for computer users with disabilities. Any other compliance items required by the applicable Regulations.
