Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. PLANNING 1. Contractor must be available to meet with WSU Tri-Cities Commencement Committee representatives in upon award of contract up to the day of commencement to plan photographic services. 2. If WSU Tri-Cities schedules a rehearsal, Contractor must attend the rehearsal. 3. On day of event, head photographer shall report to the commencement chair to ensure that there have not been any last minute changes. B. PERSONNEL 1. Contractor must supply the appropriate number of qualified photographers and assistants to staff the ceremonies. All of Contractor’s personnel will be required to present and conduct themselves in an appropriate, professional manner befitting the occasion. 2. Contractor’s personnel assigned to perform photographic services must be clearly identifiable as such; wearing uniforms or dressed uniformly in dark clothing and printed identification. C. EQUIPMENT 1. All equipment necessary to perform the work outlined below must be provided by the Contractor. 2. No electric cords will be permitted at events due to potential tripping hazard – only battery-operated items are permitted for photographic services. 3. Contractor must have equipment set up and be ready to shoot no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day of.
