Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Scope of Work consists of the following: Vendor is to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to transport and/or dispose of the City of Fernandina Beach WWTF's Class B residual bio-solids & sludge material at the Vendor's off-site land application facility. Vendor's land application site is to be in accordance with the attached City of Fernandina Beach's Wastewater permit. The bio-solids/sludge material consists of Class B solids (less than 12% to 25% solids) as approved in the City of Fernandina Beach's Wastewater Permit. Term of Contract shall be one (1) year. The Contract may be extended on the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement of both parties.
